Our Chocolate Super Sponge Cake by produces a light and fluffy chocolate cake mix texture with a light sweet taste. This cake mix is perfect for layering and making sheet cakes. Enjoy the cake you create by adding fresh fruit and cream or Buttercream between the layers and finish with a dusting of Icing Sugar. This premium quality sponge mix gives exceptional volume with a moist fine texture.

The 1kg mix will bake approximately two 9” x 3” rounds or two 8” x 3” squares.
